Away We Go

I have begun to feel that I extremely expect the coming of weekends since I've been occupied with a hectic life. I just wanted to go out having fun even though it was a raining day again. I went to see a movie named 《Away We Go》currently playing in REGAL THEATER near Union Square.


At first, I preferred to watch the exciting crime movie 《The Taking of Pelham 123》cast by Denzel Washington and John Travolta, but after I saw the film review on newspaper and the trailer on website, I decided to choose 《Away We Go》directed by Sam Mendes instead because it appeared definitely a good "Road Movie" that I am so addicted to.







The brief introduction of the story 《Away We Go》is that a couple expecting their first child travel around the U.S. in order to find a perfect place to start their family. Along the way, they have accidents and find fresh connections with an variety of relatives and old friends who just might help them discover the real meaning of "home" on their own terms for the first time.

《Away We Go》is hilarious and I was truly touched by the last scene almost making me have a feeling of crying. I didn't even understand all the movie but I can tell you it goes without saying that it's a really beautiful movie and great...great...great mucic produced by Alexi Murdoch.
