寫在前面：


學習語言的過程，經常發現很多單字不斷地遺忘，這實在令人很挫折。詢問了很多native English speakers後，我想最關鍵的原因在於「不知道如何正確使用這些不熟悉的單字」。這包含正確的文法、使用的時機、相似字的困惑和語意的混淆，綜合這些因素，我得到一個學習單字最好的方法，即從一個上下文(context)的造句中，明確地表現出該單字的意義與用法，我想放在部落格可以更有系統地且重複地提醒自己，於是開始了「每日一字」的新分類，「每日一字」系列將參考cambridge英英字典及奇摩字典。
